What is IT consultancy and strategy?
IT consultancy and strategy means assessing your current technology, deciding what to build, buy or retire, and producing a written roadmap with clear priorities, KPIs and an operating model leadership can hold you to.
How is your consulting different from a Big Four engagement?
We are smaller, faster and accountable to delivery — we have to live with the architecture we recommend. Expect senior-only teams and no statement-of-work games.
How long does a strategy engagement take?
A focused assessment plus roadmap takes four to eight weeks. A full transformation strategy with operating model design runs 10 to 14 weeks.
Will you do the implementation too?
Often yes — but you are not committed to it. We are happy to support you in selecting another delivery partner if that is the right call.
How do you price?
Fixed fee for scoped assessments and roadmaps. T&M for ongoing advisory and embedded leadership.
