What is cloud migration and DevOps?
Cloud migration and DevOps covers moving workloads to cloud platforms and building the automated pipelines, infrastructure-as-code and observability needed to deploy, scale and operate them reliably — not just a one-time lift-and-shift.
How long does a cloud migration take?
Lift-and-shift of a mid-size workload: three to six months. Replatform with refactor: 6 to 12 months. Full modernization: 12 to 24 months, phased.
Can you migrate without business downtime?
For most workloads, yes — with phased traffic shifting, blue-green deployment and rehearsed rollback plans.
Will our cloud bill actually go down?
Often yes — but the first six months may be flat as you optimize. We commit to a target savings band in writing.
Do you stay on after migration?
Most clients move into our managed cloud operations or our application management services.
How much does a cloud migration cost?
Cost depends on workload size and approach: lift-and-shift is typically the least expensive, while replatforming or refactoring costs more upfront but reduces run-rate cloud spend. We quote after an architecture and cost review of your current estate.
